1. Do returns and exchanges allowed if so what is the process?
Return and exchanges are allowed if items are not worn or damged by usage. make sure you mail it in within 14 days after it was delivered to you. 2. How long does delivery take?
orders will be processed and shipped out within 3-4 business days.but depending on where you live expect it to arrive with in 2 weeks to 30days
3. Do you do custom orders?
Our products are already-made clothing listed on the website.apparently no custom orders is offered
4. Do you update stock?
We always updating our stock,depending on what is available at the time
5. How quickly do you respond to emails? Do you have weekend hours?
Emails are responded within 24 hrs during our regular office hours which are Monday- Friday, 9am
6. Can i get my full refund if i return my order?
You will receive a full refund on all items that have been returned.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.Note:
